Bowl “green fields”

The decor of this bowl reminds me of a bird's eye view of rural areas.
It is made from a beautiful French clay.
I turned it on the potter's wheel and after the first firing I painted it elaborately on the inside. The outside of the bowl is unglazed and therefore quite rough. This means it can't slip out of your hands. The glaze firing took place at 1220 degrees Celsius.
Despite the high firing temperature, the clay is not 100 percent waterproof. However, its functionality is retained thanks to the internal glaze.
I would avoid putting them in the dishwasher.
